Thank you for letting me know about the broken frame for your recent purchase. I'm truly sorry to hear it arrived damaged, especially since i included it as a GIFT, but it's clear it occurred during the shipping process. Just for remember, The auction description in this case, mentioned the photo itself SOLD UNFRAMED ...
