Picture came in very good quality as proposed in the auction. So product wise Perfect! mailing was in time as mentioned. Only mailing cost I would challenge a bit.

Thank you for letting me know about the broken frame for your recent purchase. I'm truly sorry to hear it arrived damaged, especially since i included it as a GIFT, but it's clear it occurred during the shipping process. Just for remember, The auction description in this case, mentioned the photo itself SOLD UNFRAMED ... Best regards PS: before put a direct negative comment could be better and more fair writing me through the private catawiki's messaging... and tring to explain the problem... maybe with some polite words...Generally I'm always open to finding a fair solution for any issue.
