for context, the buyer is referring to a Flos Mayday lamp, brand new in its box, which we sell by dozens in Catawiki as we are Flos distributors. the shipping cost for a parcel sized 30x30x60cm Spain-France was 25€. we find it hard to make sense about the buyer's observations.
