The box is of a nice size and was most likely used to keep private letters in, or other things you wanted to lock away from prying eyes.
Key included, and lock works!
The paper on the inside of the box has been replaced at some stage.
Width: 25 cm.
Depth: 17.5 cm.
Height: 14 cm.
I bought the box from an antiques dealer in the UK about 15 years ago. I will send the certificate I got with the box.
The item will be well packaged and shipped insured.
Will only be shipped within the EU.
Because I use Catawiki's Smart Shipping the shipping costs are very low.
