merovingio Oro Anillo

Gold Ring, possibly Merovingian (6th-7th century AD), composed of a band made from a thin sheet with granulation decoration, and featuring a brown agate intaglio depicting a skyphos. The intaglio is reused, as it would date to the Roman Imperial period(c. 1st-2nd century AD).

Dimensions: 15,1 x 18,0 cm.
Dimensions of the intaglio: 6,50 x 7,80 cm.
