Unfortunately the item wasn´t shipped (this was proved from Catawiki - he didnt´t even provide any tracking number) and came up with the excuse that Catawiki just calcelled the shipping.Bad experience

Shipping can not be provided since the cancellation is issued and the refund is issued by Catawiki. That issue you have to discuss with Catawiki. We are not in possession of your funds, we are providing all services in advance on our costs before the transaction is completed. If it was done without your knowledge then I advise you to contact Catawiki
