First edition of this famous album of photographs depicting the facts of the games.
Binding in full blue percaline, smooth back, title in black on the front cover with a gilded Olympic Symbol. Very clean binding and interiors, practically unused.
Book illustrated with insert plates (including a fold-out at the end of the volume) and 100’s laminated photographs.
Beautiful complete copy of all his photographs. The photographs, patiently and innocently collected from the cigarette packets, were then pasted into the albums in order to see them completed.
