On mulberry paper
Excellent condition (the small holes on the margins are due to previous binding and they are mandatory in this edition)
Beautiful colours
See Pulverer Collection, Smithsonian Institution: https://pulverer.si.edu/node/636/title/1 (same first edition with Japanese market, very rare, for internal market - another more common and less exotic edition with Roman number has been published the same year for export)
It will be sent fully insured and very well packed by courier only (not standard post office, only express and professional package by packing company, it's a little more expensive but much more reliable - the artwork is over 130 years old, it will be never replicated and it's our duty to keep it safe!)

I am selling my collection: if you are interested in original Kachō Gafu (Imao Keinen, Kono Bairei, Maekawa Bunrei...) just follow me on Catawiki for other original artworks
