Folioformaat kaart van de Balkan en delen van Oost Europa (Bulgarije, Roemenië, Moldavië, Oekraïne), destijds onderdelen van het Ottomaanse Rijk. Oudtijds gekleurd en afgedrukt in een geprinte sierlijst, van de hand van M. Brion.
De kaart is gedateerd 1766 (in het titelcartouche), maar is gepubliveerd in ´Atlas général, civil et ecclésiastique, méthodique et élémentaire pour l'étude de la géographie et de l'histoire / Chez le sieur Desnos à Paris, 1767´
Zeer goede conditie. Zeer dik papier, heldere print en fraaie originele kleuring.

I am glad you are happy with the map. And also that it arrived safely. I must say I am a bit surprised by the comment about the time it took to send it. The shipping took 8 days, from Spain to the Netherlands. Perhaps you count from the moment you pay, but I can´t possibly ship in a weekend. You paid at the end of the morning on Friday when the mail here already had been collected. It now left on a Monday at the first possibility. And it took a week. That includes a weekend where also the Dutch Post doesn´t work. I think it will be difficult to get it to you faster, unless the costs are multiplied by three or four to contract express courier service......
