this feedback was posted with no prior notification or claim to us. with hundreds of items in hundreds of orders, quality defects in new products can sometimes appear, which we always and promptly solve. we are happily providing the buyer with a replacement. but buyers should learn already to issue claims in good faith and use the feedback responsibly. a negative feedback should be the last resource when a seller has failed to solve a problem.

Both transaction and the delivery were impeccable. I even asked them to hold the goods for a little while and they did accomodate my needs. Excellent experience!
