Locks painted the most incredible flowers and still lifes! He was lucky enough to learn the craft from the incredible José Storie and the equally talented August Costenoble, who was so successful that his work is now displayed in several museums!
Locks lived a simple life, but he was a true artist! He exhibited in many Flemish cities, as well as in Wallonia and Germany. He later moved with his family to Varsenare.
He died in 1987, but his amazing works are still being discovered online, even abroad!
