Very well conserved, almost new looking for its age, the AKAI 4000DS-MK2, collectible condition and all functioning well!
It comes with pre-recorded tape (on this machine) with redecorated aluminium reels (Scotch tape) and 2 casings. Tape speed selection by changing the sleeve for the capstan axel.The housing is in a clean, shiny state, very little traces of use.
Heads cleaned and demagnetized, recording is made on THIS machine, however, for best results, it's advised to use (brand)new tape. Also, this is better for the tape transport during wind and rewind.
