Morley & Cooper - Cámara de caja

Die Kamera ist für ihr Alter in einem guten Zustand. Sie lässt sich in einer Bewegung spannen und löst einwandfrei aus. Die Optik ist sauber und frei von Beschädigungen. Weitere Untersuchungen habe ich nicht vorgenommen.


The camera is in good condition for its age. It can be cocked in one movement and releases flawlessly. The optics are clean and free from damage. I have not carried out any further inspections.

W. H. Morley started out as a piano tuner and music seller. By 1881 he describes himself as an optician and is known to have sold cameras from around this time. He was joined in the firm by his son-in-law Henry Cooper. By the 1900s the firm specialised in second-hand equipment. On Henry Cooper's retirement the firm may have been continued by his son John Stockley Cooper. Established in 1843 according to advertisements.
