hello thanks for your feedback you have only placed 1 order with us, so why are you talking about 3 broken frames? unfortunately we can't do anything about it if something breaks during transport, as you have probably seen, we pack the item well. but we are dependent on courier services how they deliver the packages if you email me photos of the damage, I will send you a new frame. you can send these photos via the chat kind regards
