[King Henry VI — era] vellum conveyance and dated March 30th 1437 [16th year of his reign] A conveyance by Richard Golle, Rector of Glemsford Suffolk, and John Harpele to Geoffrey Godsaloe, Rector of St. Andrews church, Great Dunham, of property including rent of 3s. 5p in Kempston.
The indenture has been folded with age related creases, faint stain from verso not affecting text and fully legible, lacking both wax seals.
