2021 Quinta da Venda Grande Reserva White 5 x 0.75L

DESCRIPTION
The Casa da Venda do Foral has its origins in the old Institutions Medieval created by the King, the Church, Religious Orders or by the Great Lords, “the Houses of Mercê”.
Located in a transition zone between the Provinces of Minho and Trás-os-Montes, with its natural features coexisting harmoniously here, it was completely transformed in the second half of the 19th century, with the creation of a modern agricultural farm of undeniable architectural beauty. Thus comes Quinta da Venda do Foral, better known by the people of the municipality as “Quinta da Venda”.
With more than 150 years of history, Quinta da Venda has planted old vines with the “Enforcado” training system as well as 4.5 hectares of vineyards using a simple cordon training system. The grape varieties used are Alvarinho, Arinto and Loureiro.

WINE VARIETIES: Alvarinho (90%) & Arinto (10%).

VINIFICATION
Pre-fermentative skin contact after pressing the clear juice fermented in new French Oak barrels of 500 liters. Limited Edition of 2466 numbered bottles.

TASTING NOTES
Green Color. Tropical fruit notes and Citrus aromas, with barrique notes. Good structure, fresh, very mineral and elegant. Very smooth, pleasant and persistent.

SERVING
Ideally suited to grilled fish, or in the oven., charcuterie and cheese. Store in a horizontal position, in a cool and dry place, protected from light and temperature fluctuations. Serve at a temperature of 12ºC. Consume in moderation.
