In the Chateau Saint Bonnet Cru Bourgeois, the Merlot dominates with its suppleness, fleshiness and elegance. While the wine still contains 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon, which provides a characteristic aroma of blackcurrant, cocoa, coffee and cedar. The vineyards border the Saint-Estephe appellation to the east and the Pauillac appellation to the north. Gerard Soliveres is responsible for the work in the vineyards and the cellars and therefore also for making the final blend. The wine matures for 12 months in oak barrels before it is bottled. The single bottles will be shipped to you in a secure, protective packaging.
