Hello Sir, First of all the plate did not have hairlines but only some very minor glazecrackle which catawiki confirmed up your favor, and that we missed. Other then that the condition was described as it is without any real damage such as hairlines, cracks chips or restorations! Second, we offered you a refund of 40% which is quiet fair, and we also offered you a similar plate at our costs without the crackles, but with 2 microscopic, 2mm glazechips, other ten that perfect. Both our offers you refused and then opened a claim at Catawiki. Catawiki also offered you an extra voucher upon our offers but you did not even react to it, that is why catawiki closed your claim.
