Dong Son / Indochina Mármol Talismán de cuentas de cabeza de toro doble - 38 mm

A marble double bull's head bead talisman from the ancient Indochinese, Don Son culture.

1st Millennium BC .

In good condition. It has been cleaned , but the nice antique patina is preserved. Original, ancient, hand cutting, carving and grinding. The holes have been over drilled with modern techniques to make the piece wearable when the ancient holes obstructed. Traces of use and age on its surface.

Purchased mid 90's in Paris by Dr. Zelnik on the local art market.
