How can you possibly blame me for this, I sent them off straight away, when they were returned I contacted the Courier and they said that you had been contacted to confirm you were expecting a parcel from abroad and you failed to reply to them. I sent you a screenshot to confirm this , I also said that if you bought anything from me in the future we could come to an agreement about a discount on the cost of Postage.

With all due respect, you massaged me 4 Days ago and said there was some damage,and that you would send me photographs, I have not had any photographs from you whatsoever, therefore how can I possibly look into any damage I had ALL of these 5 Dolls together in a part of my Wardrobe, I have checked and there is not a Doll been left out, all 5 Dolls were Posted 100%

There were 129 pieces advertised and photographed, when they were delivered the buyer messaged me to say that the Letter “ U” was missing. I cannot understand where it can have gone as from the day they were photographed to the day I Posted them they were all in the same box. It looks as if it’s one of these strange things that will probably never be solved.

I used up a huge amount of Bubble Wrap, and boxed this really well, however the Courier still managed to cause a bit of damage, it definitely looked as if it could be repaired, and it obviously has been. As soon as the buyer notified be about the damage I offered them the full purchase price refund which they agreed to . This is a beautiful Lamp and even with the little bit of Damage it will still look great. The buyer states in their review that no damage was shown in the pictures that I put up to advertise it, that was obviously because there was none. Since originally replying to the buyers review , I have given a Bank Transfer of the whole amount and I am now out of pocket by a large amount, however I do understand that is what happens in Auctions that do not allow “ Reserves” the Experts valuation was up to €220
