Good morning dear buyer, I am sorry for your disappointment but I will briefly explain the reason why the posters produced like this one in Havana, Cuba are not the typical posters that can be produced by large printing presses in Europe because there are no such type of printing presses that give the paper a satin shine, which is non-existent in Cuba due to its old and outdated machinery. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept any type of return. Our highest priority is that the customer is completely satisfied.
