As soon as he finished his Art History studies, Kai hit the ground running as a contemporary art curator at Museum Folkwang in his home country, Germany. In 1997, he opened his own gallery and spent the following twenty years buying and selling special pieces across the international art market. In 2017, he shifted to the digital space, launching an online platform for young artists.
