The nose appears very harmonious and mild. The main notes are honey, dried fruit, bourbon vanilla and light notes of black pepper. On the palate there is a beautiful harmony between floral and fruity-spicy notes such as apples, pears, honey, vanilla, pepper and also smoky wood.
