Dear Sir/Madam, There was an unfortunate los of the shipment from the side of Deutsche Post. The package was alreay shipped by on 13 September. We have worked very hard with Deutsche Post to have them find the package again and have it shipped. I am very sorry for all the delay, but please understand it was not our fault and we have worked hard to have the package found again and have it delivered with you. We very much regret all the inconvenience, but giving us a negative feedback feels unfair in all honesty. We have done everything right and after the fault of the shipping agency, worked hard with them in order to have the packages found again and delivered to the buyer.
