Buyers are invited to leave feedback once the seller changes the status of an order to shipped or picked up.

Your seller overview page will display your overall feedback score, provided you have received at least 5 pieces of feedback. This score is the percentage of positive feedback across all non-neutral feedback you have received. Neutral feedback you have received is not included in this calculation.

Sellers will be marked with 'Top' (excellent) if the following applies for feedback/sales over the past 9 months: 

• You have fully processed 100 orders (does not include cancelled orders) 
• You have received at least 5 feedback responses positive
• You have a feedback score of at least 98%
