What do I do if the object gets lost or is damaged during shipping?

As the seller, you are responsible for shipping the object. We therefore recommend you have a valid tracking code for each package. If the tracking code is incorrect, you can change it yourself in your sold orders by selecting the relevant order, selecting ‘edit’ and editing the code.

In the event that the object is damaged or lost during shipping and your object is insured, follow the shipping insurance process.

If you used smart shipping and chose not to add smart shipping insurance, you’ll need to provide a sales invoice so the shipping company can investigate.

Please take into consideration that if the buyer reports any issues with the order, your payment may be paused. If this occurs, we will keep you informed.
