Which data can I access in my seller account?

In providing our services, we collect and store personal data as well as other data to improve your experience and our services on our online marketplace. In our Privacy Policy, you can find more information about this.


The following data is accessible and/or downloadable through your seller account. Processing (including storage) of this data by you should always respect our Terms of Use and any other national or international applicable laws.

  • Your ‘feedback’ score (i.e. feedback received from buyer(s) of your lot(s), shown as a percentage).
  • Your ‘valid track & trace’ score (i.e. the times you have provided a valid track & trace number to the buyer(s) of your lot(s), shown as a percentage).
  • Your ‘order shipped within 3 days’ score (i.e. the times you have shipped the lot(s) to the buyer(s) within 3 business days after we receive their payment, shown as a percentage).
  • Your personal data.
  • Personal data of the buyers of your lot(s) (only to be used in line with our Terms of Use).
  • The lots that are currently up for auction on our online marketplace.
  • The lots you have offered on our online marketplace.
  • The lots that were sold via our online marketplace.
  • An overview of the payments you’ve received from buyers.
  • All communications between you and buyer(s) via our internal communication system.
  • All outstanding and resolved disputes, if any, between you and buyer(s).
