This semi-automatic Direct Drive Technics SL-3200 turntable is in good shape and was fully serviced in March 2025. It looks nice, sounds great and runs like a charm. The SL-3200 is easily operated through it's front panel controls. The pitch control wheels (10%) allow easy speed control in combination with the strobelight. At the end of a record, the tone arm automatically returns to base. There is also a stop-switch that allows an automatic stop at any time, a 33-45 rpm selection switch, and a switch to lower or raise the tonearm. The tonearm drops gently when released. During servicing all moving parts were cleaned and relubricated, the pitch controls were cleaned and the turntable was speed adjusted for perfect rpm. All contacts were cleaned and the automatic tone-arm stop was recalibrated. The turntable runs perfectly stable, accurately on speed (33/45) and all functionalities work great. Included is a Philips GP400 MK-II cartridge with needle in tested good condition. The original dust cover looks clear and feels smooth, while it shows a bunch of light signs of use. Both original hinges let the lid stand confidently in different positions. The silver base is in good and clean condition, with a few light marks on the sides as can be seen on the photos, and a slightly rounded off front-right corner as can be seen on photo 12. Included are a printed photocopy of the user manual, the original anti-static mat, original counter-weight, and a 7” adapter. The turntable will be very carefully packaged - from a lot of experience in shipping vintage turntables - in a very strong box, multiple layers of bubble foam, airbags and other protective materials and with all loose parts carefully secured.
