Dear Gerard, unfortunately original number plates are retained in certain cases from the Italian Motor Department to declare the car exported. We can't do nothing to keep old plates in these cases, although we would be very happy to leave them for historical purpose. What we can do and offer, Italy allows us to buy and sell REPRODUCED number plates same as original without the original Motor Department logo. We offered to buy for you a complete set and ship it to you without any gain for us, which costed 179.00 Eur incl. express courier. We explained this many times but we could not do anything to give you the original number plats as the car needed to be declared exported for your country.

Dear Frank, we are very sorry to read this review after all we made for you. You bought the car on 1st December and you decided to arrange your own collection. You asked to keep the car for 52 days and we made 60% discount of the storage costs, that we declared in advance. More also, your driver was NOT a flatbed but a simple truck, not arranged for car collections and we spent hours loading the car with rails and pushing that on and using a rented pusher, without any advise or help. We didn't ask for anything for half a day spent for you. The 250 Eur paid is the italian tax for obtaining the documents for your country and not any gain for us. Finally, the appointment you are referring was booked during a closing Christmas week and was not possible to collect! We are very sorry to read this after the help and cooperation and the support that we gave to you.
