I'm really sorry about that.We've had issues in the past where packages were returned because customers weren't home during the day, so we usually send packages to a nearby UPS store if it's less than a kilometer away. I know this might not be ideal, but it helps us avoid those return problems. Again, I apologize for any hassle this caused
