The customer bought the watch for 40 euros, I had no calculation to send it for that amount, but I still followed the rules and sent the watch. The shipment was insured and all I asked the customer was that submit photos that the glass is broken as he stated that they can be compare with the photos taken when handing over the shipment. And I told him that he can return the shipment to me without any problem and that his money will be refunded according to the rules of catawiki. But unfortunately, the buyer avoids any form of communication, so the purpose of this feedback is not clear to me.
