Made by the Sesto Fiorentino factory, "Egisto Fantechi Maioliche" (1896-1961)

Designed in the 1930s most likely by the great ceramist Leopold Anzengruber (an identical model also produced by SACA, Sesto Fiorentino)

The factory creates ceramics inspired by the style of Giò Ponti

This statue is fully in the style of Ponti, not only because it recalls his the "Amazon with deer", but above all for the unmistakable gold oval base (25x20 cm), of spectacular impact
