Unfortunately that is not correct. We are not "disrespectful" sir. On the contrary, we attach great importance to customer satisfaction. We always try to find a solution. Regarding your statement "we would not respond": We communicated with you (on November 14th, at 11:47 a.m. and 5:24 p.m.). What you responded to. Please take a look. We also wanted to ship the carpets. we didn't refuse anything. But shipping to Kuwait costs €115 and you only paid €35. You didn't want to pay the difference. That's why there was a delay and CATAWIKI subsequently canceled it. Regards
