查看翻譯Item arrived broken and in poor condition, and despite Catawiki confirming the damage, the seller refused to acknowledge it. They were unhelpful in getting this resolved. Very unpleasant experience.

absolutely false, I wanted to refund you but I wasn't at home but you didn't want to wait a few days for me to return and you made an agreement with Catawiki accepting a refund in voucher. the item arrived in excellent condition, the pedestal had only come loose a little, all you had to do was glue it back on. Furthermore, the photos showed the entire object and its condition well.
