Beautiful sword with spectacular hamon or gunome that occupies almost half of the blade in a beautiful koshirae with gold plated dragon motifs and an original black saya with nuri finish, this type of finish is rare and offered extra resistance to the saya and therefore the blade, against blows or weather effects. Brown leather tsuka and iron tsuba signed with high quality openwork. Both the sword and the koshirae combine very well and have a great look, ideal for those who want a piece with history and personality. The blade is practically in perfect polished condition except for the front of the kissaki that has some scratches and tiny marks on the edge, which shows that it was used to penetrate something hard, possibly enemy armor.

The blade is in old japanese polish remaining in good condition, the jihada of the steel is detailed and full of details to appreciate. A masterpiece Worthly a museum and a great addition to any private collection.
