The item arrived broken. When replying to our claim the seller blamed the carrier. A total disrespect for the obligations that he was bound to. As regards Catawiki, we didn’t even get a reply…

Hello, Mr. Louis. I sent you the goods in the condition as shown in the photo, in perfect condition, without damage. I took care of the packaging, a special container was made for this. You received the goods on 09/24/2024, and your claim was received only on 10/10/2024. It is completely unclear what happened to the goods during these two weeks. The condition of the goods should be checked immediately upon receipt in the presence of the courier. If there is damage, you should immediately file a claim with the courier company, and not blame me. With respect.

Beschrijving en foto's kwamen overeen. Verzending goed verlopen, al duurde het wel 10 dagen, maar dat zal niet aan de verkoper liggen
