It takes its name from the juniper trees that once grew on the summits of the Côte de Beaune, and consists of rocky soils with a small amount of clay and limestone. Fermentation and ageing take place in austrian barrels, 25% new for 12 months. A wine that combines finesse, elegance and complexity.
