You should have read the text on the clock better, it says that 1 hand is missing and you could also see that in the photos. You informed me that a pointer is broken and when I asked for photos, nothing came. Now after almost 4 weeks you started complaining again and only now did photos arrive showing nothing, so the negative feedback makes no sense.

Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und konstruktiv. Die 3 Stücke in einem untadeligen Zustand. Die Verpackung war sehr aufwendig und sorgfältig, s die guten Stücke sind auch unbeschadet hier angekommen.
