Usually, canceled stamps with adhesive residues are easily transported in tight packages. Unfortunately, sometimes postal services assume the transportation of letters in the rain and as a result, the contents of the envelope may be damaged. Sorry, maybe this is just such a case. I hope you were able to recover all the stamps. British classic stamps have always been printed on good paper, which allows you to restore stamps after possible troubles. I have successfully restored British stamps several times. However, once again sorry for the inconvenience. I will try to pack the lots even more carefully. Best regards! Borys
