The customer had complained that the bag did not match the photos, and had invented that some parts were missing and that I had not described the item well. These were false accusations, the customer was simply dissatisfied and is placing all the blame on me. We did our job correctly, described the bag with complete transparency, and agreed that if the bag really lacked those details, I would refund it. I proved to Catawiki and the customer that I wasn't in the wrong, but he won't make up.
According to the description the tie was almost new. However it's in very bad condition.
