This second illustrated volume of mementos and insights into the great driver's career, based on his private collections, focuses on 1955. The crowning moment came when, after driving 993 miles in a Mercedes-Benz 300SLR, averaging 98mph, Moss and navigator Denis Jenkinson won the 22nd Mille Miglia, but it was also the year of his first Grand Prix and Targa Florio triumphs, and his third TT victory.
Large hardback volume 40x34cm, 1st edition, signed by Stirling Moss who has added 'movement is tranquility' which was his life motto. COA included.
