However, i stand by my item, they are definitely not badly made or dull surface, the suface was very smooth and very bright, and I purchased them for over 500 Eur from a proper shop and you got it for less than 150 Eur including shipping. Too bad that I couldn't offer you a gold backing as you wanted but it was clearly showed in the photo that it is in plastic and what you see is what you will get. For the hallmark, it is also clearly shown on the photos and I've also asked you to have a look with zoom with your phone as it is on the ear stud which can be difficult to see. I also suggested complaining through catawiki and returning the object if they ruled that what you received is indeed not the same as in the photo, even as a private seller, I don't have to. For the shipping, it is clearly stated on the website before you even place the bid. I don't understand why you complain about it afterwards? Enough said, wish you a nice evening.
