Hello, yes GLS took a long time due to a local strike in the Czech Republic. However, with all due respect your statement 14 days is wrong, because the parcel was already ready for collection on 15.11 in your Pick Up Shop. 11 days despite the strike until 12.11, delivery on 15.11 is, as we think, to Sweden, very good!

According to information (see correspondence) GLS, an incorrect routing code was entered by GLS and the parcel was misdirected. Local strikes then delayed the delivery even further. We have of course tried to speed this up. We understand your annoyance We wish you good luck with your purchases from other good dealers on Catawiki.
