Order arrived damaged; sender takes no responsibility at all and blames the delivery. I ordered screen prints in a cardboard box. He should have put the box in a bigger box for protection. Unreliable!

Everyone knows, or should know, that European law stipulates that damage to a parcel must be systematically reported on receipt (even more so when it contains a fragile object). If you fail to do so, your insurance cannot be used, as responsibility has been transferred. The carriers are still investigating about what happenend. None of the other 143 parcels I have sent before arrived damaged, as my other reviews testify (which are rather praising the quality of the packaging). Best regards, Lucas
