Dear customer, we are sorry that you had to pay those taxes, but It was clearly written under description that importations fees and taxes could be asked by your Custom's country as Switzerland is not part of E.U. zone. We always notify under description of items those informations and of course, buyers should also read Catawiki rules informations where you can find all necessary informations about extra import taxes. Concerning shipment fees, we use DHL Express as it is faster and more secure way. The amount we ask is less than real cost for us. We hope that despite this, you like this piece of jewelry.
