It is mentioned that the camera is tested and functions but the camera does not functions. The shutter does not work. I put new batteries but no function. No function on B or 1/100 manual as it should be

Blatant scam. Camera "very good", "tested & working" is very obviously not working at all (and will never again as both shutter and lightmeter are broken). Seller is no longer responding.
