Danish Modern Black Wood Chairs, Series 7 by Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen, 1970s This set of four Danish chairs, model 0465 or Series 7, showcases a sleek black painted wood design. This chair represents an iconic piece in design history. The legs are crafted from steel and feature black rubber feet. Produced by Fritz Hansen in the 1970s and designed by Arne Jacobsen.
This set is offered in a pre-owned condition, exhibiting quite some small chips/ cracks on the lacquer finish. It requires restoration of the lacquer on the wood, which can be achieved by applying a new polish.
No parts are missing, the wood or the chrome is not damaged. What truely needs attention is the lacquer/polish. I have added pictures for clarification.
