Beautiful engraved wind chart in Original Colour, surrounded by wind heads and with the compass divided into 32 parts and text in six languages.
The wind heads are arranged in successive ages, from young to old, and four large heads, blowing winds on the compass.
The engraving illustrates the classical 32 point compass rose, as used in Medieval times.

Good condition, middle fold with some old restorations , a tear in right lower corner restored, some brown spots. The map has been framed which shows on the backside. See foto's for better impression.
