Per un mio errore ho spedito le stampe di questa vendita a un acquirente precedente, il quale due settimane prima non mi ha avvisato dell'errore. Nel fare il pacco di questa vendita mi sono accorto della cosa e ho avvisato il nuovo acquirente scusandomi e rendendomi disponibile a inviare le stampe che comunque mi erano rimaste oppure rimborsare totalmente. Mi sono comportato con gentilezza e trasparenza, proponendo soluzioni e di fatto rimborsando tutto sotto richiesta finale dell'utente. Mi pare un po' eccessiva una recensione negativa che mi penalizza, non ho attuato comportamenti scorretti.
