LEGO - Star Wars 9515 Malevolence (2012)

Dear buyer, my apologies for the inconvenience with the damaged package. I sent a lot of books with this type of packaging and never had problems yet. Also the shipping company accepted this package for transportation. I tried to find a compromise with you but you posted this wrong statement immediately before finding a solution. I asked you to change/revise the review according to the real facts but you didn't. So I use this reply document to describe the real circumstances: The buyer informed me about damaged shipment via email one day late at night around midnight. Three hours later I replied that I will contact the parcel delivery service. After contacting the delivery company next morning I asked the buyer for additional pictures of the damages. Then the buyer posted this review with the wrong statement. I asked the buyer several times for meaningful pictures of the damaged package but he did not send them yet. I offered a monetary compensation/refunding which he refused.
